Application Process
1️⃣ Go to a Health Facility – Visit the nearest Basic Health Unit (BHU), Rural Health Centre (RHC), Tehsil Headquarters Hospital (THQ), or District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) in your district.
2️⃣ Consult a Health Worker – Approach a Lady Health Visitor (LHV) or recognized health personnel for guidance.
3️⃣ Deliver Required Information – Submit your CNIC and relevant maternity papers for verification.
4️⃣ Registration – The health worker will register you through the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
5️⃣ Confirmation – After registration, you will be informed about the next steps and your entitlement to financial assistance.
